At HLNA we are a team, a family, and the best teams and families do not let each other down, they are there for them, through times of celebration, and crucially when times are tough. We will not give up on your child. We know that everyone finds it tough on some days, we know that some pupils will find it harder than others to give 100%. We know that pupils will sometimes make mistakes in learning how to be the best versions of themselves over the next few years. If pupils find that they have made mistakes with their actions, we will work with pupils, and their families, to ensure that pupils take responsibility for their actions. Pupils will know we still believe in them. Pupils will know that they can still do the right thing.
