Central England Academy Trust will determine the admissions arrangements for Higham Lane North Academy in collaboration with the Local Authority.

Our inclusive admissions process will at all times be open, transparent and fair, and will meet the requirements of the National School Admissions Code, the Appeals Code and admissions legislation.

The school is proposed to open with up to six forms of entry (180 places) in Year 7 from September 2025. When full, it will have 900 students on roll with 180 pupils in each year group from Year 7 to Year 11.

In accordance with the law, children with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) will be admitted to the School where the Local Authority has specifically named Higham Lane North Academy as the most appropriate placement.
